Made-to-Order Production & Order Processing
All maps and wooden products are made to order in our UK workshop. Each item is crafted individually after purchase.
Production & Dispatch Time

Standard production time is up to 5 working days before dispatch.

Production begins once payment is received and order details are confirmed.

This processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

During peak periods, production times may extend slightly. If so, we will notify you.
Dispatch dates are estimates and not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
Cancellation Policy for Made-to-Order Items
Because all products are made to order:

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started, except where required by UK consumer law.

Cancellation requests made before production begins may be accepted at our discretion.

Customised or personalised items (including engraved text, bespoke sizes, finishes, or design alterations) are exempt from the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund unless faulty or misdescribed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by destination and carrier.
United Kingdom

International Orders

Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination.
Large framed maps may incur oversized parcel charges.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information (where available).
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
For orders shipped outside the UK, customers are responsible for any import duties, VAT, or local taxes charged by their country. We do not mark orders as gifts or undervalue shipments.
Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, suppliers, weather events, strikes, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only and not contractual deadlines.
Damaged, Lost, or Faulty Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the packaging and item. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
