All of our products are individually made to order based on the address you provide. As such, they are considered personalised items under UK consumer law.

Because of this:

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or customer error (e.g., incorrect address submitted).
• Please double-check all details before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or we've made a mistake:

• Include a clear photo of the issue and your order details.
